In part 1 of the "What's New in C# 3.0" series we are taking a look at partial methods and automatic properties. These are pretty simple so it should be an easy start for everyone. However before that I would like to tell you about the concept behind the new things in C# 3.0...

  It is high time I made my first IT post. This website was built as my first project with .NET 3.5 so it seems like it is appropriate to start with a series of articles about the new stuff in .NET 3.5. Part 0 is a (not so) short introduction to the features of C# 2.0 that are important for understanding the new features in C# 3.0. This way the following articles will be interesting and meaningful for people with Java or C++ but no C# background.

  Искам само да отбележа, че наистина МРАЗЯ Firefox. Много от вас вече са ме чували да се оплаквам от него, но сега вече е официално. Пропуснах една нощ сън, за да оправя проекта, който гледате в момента да изглежда добре под Firefox. Благодарение на Слави сега работи. Беше глупава стойност по подразбиране за CSS property. Следете за специална публикация за браузърите (повечето от вас вече са я чували). Човече, как мразя Firefox...

  Между другото не бих препоръчал използването на "Forgotten Password" точно сега. Има някакъв проблем с мейл сървъра и въпреки че няма грешка, мейли получават само кутии на локалния сървър. Ще пиша на поддръжката след малко, но не знам кога ще проработи.

  Току що се сетих, че сървърът е в САЩ и времето ще се показва в някоя от времевите зони в САЩ. Това ще бъде оправено... някога... и това може да значи никога.

  Update 04.02.2008: "Forgotten password" сякаш вече работи.
  Update 05.02.2008: Времето вече е в източноевропейска часова зона.

  I just want to mention that I really HATE Firefox. Many of you have already heard me complain about it but now I will make it official. I have missed a night of sleep to make the project you are looking at right now look good under Firefox. Thanks to Slavi it is working now. It was a stupid default value for CSS property. Stay tuned for my special post on browsers (which most of you have already heard). Man, how I hate Firefox...

  By the way I would not recommend using "Forgotten Password" right now. There is some problem with the mail server and while there is no error the mail is only delivered to mailboxes in the local mail server. I will be contacting the hosting support to fix this right now but I do not know when it will work.

  It just occurred to me that the server is in the USA and the time will be in some US timezone. That will be fixed... sometime... and that could mean never.

  Update 04.02.2008: It seems like "Forgotten password" is working.
  Update 05.02.2008: The time is now in Easter European timezone.
